Terms & Conditions

1. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 8 months from the date of purchase.
2. Gift vouchers are not valid during the two weeks of Christmas & Easter peak period.
3. Spa Gift Vouchers may be redeemed for full/part payment against services at Olea Spa. Any unused balance can be used on a different day on another spa treatment.
4. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Gift Vouchers can be customized to any monetary value or to a specific treatment.
6. In case you purchase a Gift Voucher for a specific treatment the recipient can change the treatment to one of their preference after informing our reception upon booking their appointment.
7. Recipients should book their appointment in advance according to the spa availability, and present their Gift Voucher at reception in order for the voucher to be redeemed - the spa works with appointment only and does not serve walk in customers.
8. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for product purchases.
9. Gift Vouchers can be purchased over the phone, at the spa reception or through the online platform.
